We have had problems with the Virgin GetMessage system for over 24 hours now.
We usually run these blogs when the trips are in progress by staff sending materials back to someone based in school or at home who then posts content on to the blog.
Many staff use the Virgin GetMessage system to send messages with photos to save incurring mobile phone charges for sending images using the normal SMS/text messaging system.
Mrs Heaton intended to use the GetMessage system to provide content for the blog for this trip, but it doesn't seem to be functioning as normal. I have used a range of computers and a number of different web browsers at home over the weekend in an attempt to access content from Mrs Heaton, but the Virgin log-in page won't accept the log-in credentials provided in the text message which Virgin have sent to me.
I have tried on and off all day on Saturday and the situation is the same this morning, so I do apologise for the lack of content and especially photos. We know how much parents, other relatives and friends enjoy viewing the blogs while the girls are away and it's so disappointing that technology appears to have let us down in this way.
